At our store, we take great care to ensure your prints arrive in perfect condition. Here's how we handle postage and packing

 


By default, all orders are sent via a 2nd Class service or an equivalent service, depending on your location.


If you are satisfied with your proof, please confirm as soon as possible. Swift confirmation will lead to a quicker dispatch time, as your order will join the queue for printing, packing, and shipping.


While we strive to provide prompt delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or strikes by postal services.

We clearly state our delivery turnaround time, and any delays caused by external factors are beyond our control. Therefore, we are unable to offer refunds for items that do not arrive within the expected timeframe.


In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please reach out to us immediately via our contact form. We kindly request that you provide pictures of any damages to help us assess the situation accurately. Once we have the necessary information, we will work with you to find a suitable solution.


If you’ve noticed an error with your shipping address please let us know as soon as possible and we will try our best to update this. Please note, if your item has already been packaged up and dispatched it won’t be possible to amend the delivery details.
