Confirmation of your design will be sent within 48 hours of the gift being ordered. 

If you are satisfied with your proof, please confirm as soon as possible. Swift confirmation will lead to a quicker dispatch time, as your order will join the queue for printing, packing, and shipping.

Once the design is confirmed, we'll ship your gift within 7 working days. 

37.You can withdraw the Order by telling us before the Contract is made, if you simply wish to change your mind and without giving us a reason, and without incurring any liability.

38.This is a distance contract (as defined below) which has the cancellation rights (Cancellation Rights) set out below. These Cancellation Rights, however, do not apply, to a contract for the following goods (with no others) in the following circumstances:

1. goods that are made to your specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

 You can only purchase the Goods from the Website if you are eligible to enter into a contract and are at least 18 years old.

We send a proof of all custom designs before printing. Proofs will be sent via Email, please keep an eye out for them. You have a 24-hour window to review and confirm any changes to be made.

You must ensure that the Order Confirmation is complete and accurate and inform us immediately of any errors.

We are not responsible for any inaccuracies in the Order placed by you. By placing an Order you agree to us giving you confirmation of the Contract by means of an email with all information in it (ie the Order Confirmation).

Please note that we do not offer refunds on any customised orders.

As these products are tailored specifically to your preferences, they cannot be returned or refunded.

Do not chill bottle, or set outside for long periods of time. Change in temperature can cause condensation to form underneath paint. Each bottle is treated with a sealant, but this does not always mitigate peeling. Chill at own risk, no refunds or returns will be accepted due to this
